The apps · SATORI pricing not published

Tools the field already pays for, on the box that read the job.

Each app sits on the same engine, the same verified answers and the same appliance, and each one replaces or retires a subscription the crew is paying for today. Nothing leaves the site. SATORI has not priced the apps and does not publish prices. Every dollar figure on this page is the incumbent's published list price, shown so a buyer can see what the apps retire.

LIGHTBEAM

Ready to use

PDF markup and takeoff for heavy drawing sets. Bluebeam-class tools that look and behave like the rest of SATORI, running entirely on the appliance: no account, no cloud, no upload. Marks sit next to the answers CARL gives about the same sheet.

ReplacesList priceBluebeam Complete, billed per named user per year$440 / user / yrBluebeam 2026 published pricing: Basics $260 · Core $330 · Complete $440; volume discounts of 15–25% at 50+ seats. A 150-user site pays about $66,000 a year at list, $50–56,000 after volume pricing.

SATORI Tool Crib

Ready to use

Calibrated-tool tracking with a USB barcode scanner: torque wrenches, meggers, hipots, meters. Who has it, which crew, where, since when, and how many days until its calibration runs out. The record that keeps an inspector from rejecting a torque report.

ReplacesPriceEnterprise tool-tracking platforms (quote-based) or the spreadsheet nobody updatesquote-basedIncumbent pricing is not published, so no dollar figure is counted below. The cost it prevents is a failed calibration audit.

BIRDDOG

Ready to use

Crew roster and tracking, kept live from the project's own shared files: who is on the job, on which crew, with what on record. Roster import from CSV; updates flow from the files the office already maintains.

Pathways

End of v1

Interactive inspection of electrical one-line drawings. Upload the one-line and get the real drawing back as a clickable map: power lines and equipment names hit-tested against the actual CAD geometry. Mark inspection stages, gate failures behind a comment, export the checklist.

ReplacesList pricePer-seat field inspection platforms (Fieldwire Business)$64 / user / moFieldwire 2026 published pricing: Pro $39 · Business $64 · Business Plus $89 per user per month, billed annually. 150 users on Business is about $115,000 a year at list.

Pathway LOTO

End of v1

Lockout/tagout on the same one-line map: isolation points, applied locks and verification, tied to the equipment the drawing actually shows instead of a form that names it.

ReplacesPublished priceDigital LOTO and inspection platforms priced per seat≈ $29 / seat / moSafetyCulture Premium published at A$29 per seat per month (about US$19); Enterprise is quote-based. Counted at the published Premium rate.

Lucid · schedule distiller

End of v1

Messy P6 exports, multiple schedules and PDFs distilled into one schedule the field can question, with receipts as evidence. The people who need to know when the switchgear lands don't need a scheduling license to find out.

AvoidsList priceA Primavera P6 Professional seat for every person who only needs to read the schedule$3,520 + $774 / yrOracle list: $3,520 per user perpetual plus about 22% annual support; discounts of 10–30% are common. Counted per avoided seat, not per user.

Paybook

Under way

The reader that built the graph is the same reader that builds the next app. New tools ship to every site at once and inherit the same verified answers.

ReplacesPrice——

Statuses are the company's own: "ready to use" means installed and in use on the reference appliance; "end of v1" means feature-complete and in testing; no app is sold separately. Incumbent prices are published list prices from the vendors' own pages or published pricing guides as of September 2026; they are shown for comparison and are not endorsements or claims of equivalence in every feature.

Savings

What the apps retire, per site, per year.

Set the number of users on the site. The total counts only apps with a published incumbent price, and only the ones you switch on.

Every figure below is an incumbent's published price. SATORI's own pricing is not published and is not shown.
People who would otherwise need a P6 seat only to read the schedule.

Volume discount applies 20% to Bluebeam (published 15–25% at 50+ seats) and 20% to Oracle (10–30% common). Fieldwire and SafetyCulture counted at list. Tool Crib, BIRDDOG and Paybook are not counted because their incumbents don't publish prices.

On price

Nothing here is a SATORI price

SATORI has not priced the apps or the platform on this page and does not publish prices. The figures shown are what the incumbent tools cost at their published list rates, so a buyer can see what the apps retire. Terms are set in conversation.

Why they're better together

One appliance, one login, one set of answers

Mark a sheet in LIGHTBEAM, ask CARL what the spec says about it, check the calibration on the tool that will install it, and see when the schedule says it lands. Same box, same graph, nothing sent anywhere.

What isn't claimed

Feature parity, line by line

Each app replaces the way the incumbent is actually used on a job, not every feature on the incumbent's price sheet. Where a crew needs a feature only the incumbent has, they keep it.
